Operating for over 35 years, Bahige Sayed and his wife Fatima started Oriental and Continental Foods in Sawyer Lane Artarmon. An open warehouse styled grocer, we carry over 10,000 different products from all over the world. We are a family owned and operated business in Sydney and pride ourself on providing our customers with good quality products.
Our long standing relationships with our suppliers has enabled us to buy directly from farmers and growers to deliver the best quality produce at competitive prices.
