This Callebaut 70-30-38 Belgian Dark Couverture with 70.5% cocoa solids is made with the finest cocoa beans sourced from around the world, natural vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter. Callebaut recipe N° 70-30-38 is a dark chocolate loved by chefs and chocolatiers around the globe. It has an intense, yet balanced chocolate taste dominated by a solid body of roasted cocoa, powerful bitter notes and fresh, fruity hints. This makes it the ideal chocolate for boosting rich chocolate flavour in your creations. With its lower fluidity, it is just right to flavour everything from crémeux to dessert sauces.

Frozen, chilled and bakery items are pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Are your products organic or locally sourced?
We stock a wide range of organic and locally sourced products, though not everything — we specialise in imported international goods that are hard to find in Australia.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because we sell food, returns are only available if there is a genuine problem with a product, at management’s discretion within 7 days of purchase. We can’t accept returns for change of mind.
