Made from concentrated sweet juice of white trebbiano grapes and carefully matured in wooden casks.
Has a sweet, smooth and well-balanced aroma and taste.

Acidity 6%
Ideal to use in marinades, sauces and salad dressing or add a few drops of balsamic vinegar to extra virgin olive oil and serve with crusty bread or add a splash of balsamic to your meats or vegetables, slow-cooked foods and deglazing.

Delivery times: Sydney 1–2 business days; the rest of Australia up to about a week, subject to Australia Post.
Frozen, chilled and bakery items are pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Are your products organic or locally sourced?
We stock a wide range of organic and locally sourced products, though not everything — we specialise in imported international goods that are hard to find in Australia.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because we sell food, returns are only available if there is a genuine problem with a product, at management’s discretion within 7 days of purchase. We can’t accept returns for change of mind.
