This approach enables precise portioning, as each leaf represents a defined quantity – no weighing or measuring necessary.
Composed entirely of protein, leaf gelatin contains neither fat nor carbohydrates. It is free from allergens and is easily digestible, supporting the development of diverse culinary solutions, including aspics, cake fillings, panna cotta, and jellies.
The white leaf is available in porcine or 100% bovine origins to fulfill Halal and Kosher standards.

Frozen, chilled and bakery items are pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Are your products organic or locally sourced?
We stock a wide range of organic and locally sourced products, though not everything — we specialise in imported international goods that are hard to find in Australia.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because we sell food, returns are only available if there is a genuine problem with a product, at management’s discretion within 7 days of purchase. We can’t accept returns for change of mind.
