- Position lifter on carpeted surface and lift or for hard floor surfaces, place a towel under lifter before use
- On carpeted surfaces, place plastic slide face down with blue pad up
- On hardwood floors, remove plastic slide and place beige felt pad face down with blue pad facing up
- Carefully slide furniture or appliances over floor surface
- When moving heavy objects, please use assistance
- Remove and store after each use

Same-day delivery is available within Sydney Metro — call (02) 9906 8990 for a same-day rate.
Rest of NSW & Australia: shipped via Australia Post, calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Click & Collect: free pickup from 43 Carlotta St, Artarmon during store hours (Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat 9–1).
Delivery times: Sydney 1–2 business days; the rest of Australia up to about a week, subject to Australia Post.
Frozen, chilled and bakery items are pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Are your products organic or locally sourced?
We stock a wide range of organic and locally sourced products, though not everything — we specialise in imported international goods that are hard to find in Australia.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because we sell food, returns are only available if there is a genuine problem with a product, at management’s discretion within 7 days of purchase. We can’t accept returns for change of mind.
