Description
Tapioca starch is made from the rhizomes (rootstock) of the South American cassava plant. Its friendly to allergen-free cooking since it is gluten-, cholesterol- & nut-free and digestible for those with celiac diseases. Moreover, tapioca powder is high in calcium and kalium, which are essential for healthy bones & teeth, and, more importantly, for your nerves' messages system and your muscles contractions'. Since Tapioca starch contains high amounts of iron and copper, it also supports building new red blood cells, which gives you the feeling of holding more energy. Replacing a part of wheat flour with tapioca flour not only higher the sources of selenium, manganese, and folate in your meal, which is a complex B-vitamin, it also improves the crispy texture of your baked goods and thickness of soups and fillings

Are your products organic or locally sourced?
We stock a wide range of organic and locally sourced products, though not everything — we specialise in imported international goods that are hard to find in Australia.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because we sell food, returns are only available if there is a genuine problem with a product, at management’s discretion within 7 days of purchase. We can’t accept returns for change of mind.
